Think of a Backup as a “Snapshot” of your entire BaseReply setup. It allows you to move your workspace between devices or recover your configuration after a system update.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is Included in a Backup?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When you export a backup, BaseReply packages almost everything that makes your setup unique:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Conversations:<\/strong> Your full chat history, including message timestamps, pinned threads, and which agent was used for each chat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • AI Agents:<\/strong> Every custom agent you’ve built\u2014their names, roles, and the complex “System Prompts” that define their personalities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Prompts:<\/strong> Your entire library of right-click context menu shortcuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Knowledge Base Metadata:<\/strong> Information about which files you used for training and which agents they were assigned to.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
